Elderly Woman Falls Victim to Phone Scam

In a distressing incident, an 83-year-old woman from the Podkarpacie region of Poland lost her life savings after falling victim to a telephone scam. The woman was convinced that her son had been involved in an accident and, as a result, transferred over 10,000 Polish zlotys to the scammers. Cocaine Smuggling Attempt Foiled in Colombia

A 40-year-old Colombian man was apprehended at Rafael Nunez International Airport in Colombia while attempting to smuggle approximately £8,000 worth of cocaine.
